All your stories are saved and remain accessible. You just won't be able to create new stories beyond the free tier limits.

Yes! Through iCloud Family Sharing, one subscription covers the whole family.

Story generation typically takes 20-60 seconds. If it's been more than 2 minutes, try closing and reopening the app. Check your internet connection.

Ensure iCloud is enabled for Fablito in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud. All family members need to be in the same iCloud Family.

Check that your device isn't on silent mode. Also check the volume. If issues persist, try force-closing and reopening the app.

Stories sync via iCloud. After reinstalling, give it a few minutes to sync. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID.

Very little. We store story nicknames and age bands on your device and iCloud only. Story prompts are sent to our AI servers for generation but are not stored. See our full Privacy Policy at /privacy.

No. We don't show ads, we don't track children, and we don't build behavioral profiles. Parents provide all information, and there are no social or DM features.

Yes. Deleting a child's profile in the app removes all their stories. Since everything is in your iCloud, you have full control.
